Ayama experience is travelling to Asia this time! Launching A NEW, unusual, sweet, low alcohol Moscato, in other words Hanepoot made in a very Italian style, pairing it at best on the salty side. NOTHING BUT VERMENTINO – 27/06/2021
Be part of the South African wine history, we are releasing Ayama Vermentino 2020 showcasing all vintages. Vertical tasting of 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 vintages.
While the wine tasting will flow, our chefs will be performing with a very traditional Sardignan spit braai. Porceddu (pig) to pair with this amazing wine like being on an Italian food journey.

AYAMA ARTICHOKE FESTIVAL
August 28, 29 – September 4,5
Due to the high demand brought upon by last years’ festival, we have decided to open our gates a bit earlier this year, opening weekend being end the of AUGUST!
Limited to 60 people per day, without fail, the artichoke festival guarantees fun, a relaxing time, while indulging on amazing food and sipping on great wines which we usually offer from this beautiful corner of paradise which is Ayama.
The full menu consists of 4 artichoke-based courses, plus dessert, prepared by our partnered restaurants for this festivals’ 2021 edition. YES, we are going bigger! All our wines are available for on-site consumption, and Ayamateca will be open to satisfy all your cravings for delicious goodies to take home.
We will have it all- Italian music, hiking and farm tour included!
